Solar Kit with 1hp mono or three-phase 230v pump

The Solar Kit for 1hp mono or three-phase 230v pump is expandable with 2 more panels and works more hours at 50 Hz.
 
The direct solar pumping kit without batteries, is valid to operate a pump of up to 1hp single-phase or three-phase 230v and with generator or light input to power the system also on cloudy days. The direct solar pumping kit has IP 65 protection and input protection with solar connectors for easy mounting.
 
The operation of the solar kit for pumping up to 1 cv is as follows:

The solar pumping kit for single-phase or three-phase 230v pumps up to 1hp will allow the use of energy from solar panels to operate a pump of up to 1Cp. The 1cv INVT pumping panel starts and operates the pump when solar energy is available.
By means of this direct solar pumping kit we can run a 1hp pump for up to 6 hours a day in summer months at full 50Hz performance. Calculated for a central area of Spain.

This because with this direct solar pump kit we can add more solar panels if we want to increase the hours of irrigation or use of the pump, since by using 2 more panels we can reach 8.5 hours of daily operation at 50Hz.

The solar kit for direct pumping up to 1 is composed of:

8 solar panels 340w PERC CSUN: It is a high efficiency polycrystalline solar panel, it has a high transmission of electricity thanks to its 5 bus bar connections in the cells.The PERC cells of the module are a dielectric layer that allows to take advantage of radiation that before it ended in the last layer of aluminum of the panel. By taking advantage of it to increase power, we reduce the heat that is transmitted to this last layer in a conventional cell and improve performance. CSUN is a TIER 1 manufacturer with a high quality in the production processes of its solar panels.
Invt 1cv pump controller: This is a control panel for single-phase and three-phase 230v pumps with a maximum power of 1cv). It has a screen for viewing and adjusting the pumping parameters, it also has different inputs for well probes to stop and start the pump depending on the level conditions. It has an input to use an alternative source such as a generator or 230v light.
Structure for 8 panels 30º floor or roof: In the kit we include an aluminum structure for the photovoltaic modules with 30º inclination prepared to be installed on the ground or in metal sandwich-type roofs. The structure comes with all the hardware for assembly and the instruction manual with a detailed plan.
Solar cabling and connectors: The kit includes 40 meters of 6mm unipolar RV-K solar cable for connecting the panels to the controller and the pump, as well as a set of Pv stick mc weidmuller connectors for easy mounting.
